Who is Darqling?
Hi There,
We are Manda and Troy. We live in Australia on the NSW South Coast.
Manda is a qualified Sexologist and both herself and Troy are Kink Educators. We have ran Kink Events for 3 years, and Dm'd at Kinky events for years before that. Needless to day... We've been around hahaha
We not only own and run Darqling but we also own:
Darque Path (Adult Fantasy toys and Wax Play Candles)
Nocte (a monthly kink event, currently on pause)
KinkCon (a yearly Kink Convention).

Where are your products manufactured?
We are based in NSW Australia.
All of our products are made by us!
When will I get my order?
We hand make each item.
At the moment our turnaround time from custom coloured orders is approximately 4 weeks.
Turn around time for premade items is approx 2 weeks.
We always try to keep turn around times as short as possible so you can get your gorgeous work of art as soon as possible
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
We have standardized shipping costs covering all of Australia, based on parcel weight. Shipping prices for international orders vary depending on your location.
We do not charge additional handling costs. We only charge the cost of purchasing postage for your parcel.
Standard - (Up to 1kg) - $10
Standard - (Over 1kg) - $15.50
Express - (Up to 1kg) - $12.50
Express - (Over 1kg) - $19.50
Prices are listed in $AUD.
Do we ship Internationally?
We definitely do!
We have standardized shipping costs covering the whole world, based on parcel weight.
We do not charge additional handling costs. We only charge the cost of purchasing postage for your parcel.
Please note we arent responsible for any duties or taxes placed on your parcel by your local customs.
Is packaging discreet?
We ship all of our parcels in a plain shipping box.
The only external markings on the parcel will be the postage label.
Upon the postage label, the sender's name will be listed as "DP" with our email or the email of DarquePath. This is so if there are postal issues Australia Post can email us directly as the sender.
For international parcels, we are required by customs to list the contents of the parcel. they will be listed as cosplay props.
In this case -
All silicone products are listed as "Silicone sculptures" or just "sculptures". This is as specific as we need to be while still maintaining your privacy.
Are we EcoFriendly?
We only use eco-friendly packaging!
Our shipping boxes are made from 100% recycled cardboard.
Our tissue paper is not only 100% acid-free to keep your items safe but is also made from 100% recycled paper.
Our business cards and thank you / care sheets are also made from only recycled materials.
Our plastic bags and bubble wrap are also made from recycled materials, although they are sadly not biodegradable, so please ensure you recycle them appropriately.
How do I care for my new item?
Silicone Items -
Because of the non-porous nature of platinum cure silicone, you can clean your silicone items in a variety of ways.
To clean your silicone items you can place the silicone portion in boiling water for 5 minutes, wash with antibacterial soap and water, a wet wipe, or by using a specialized silicone toy cleaner.
Being aware not to wet the leather of the handle.
Always make sure your silicone items are dry before returning them to storage.
Jewellery -
We recommend using the microfibre cloth provided with your purchase.
Theres something wrong with my order what do I do?
We quality check each item before it leaves our hands, sometimes we might miss something, as we are human too.
Ensure to contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. Note; the date of delivery is provided within the tracking information.

If we don't reply to you within 48 hours please reach out to us via one of our social media. Sometimes emails get lost and reaching out to us through another means makes sure we can help you.
Each product is hand-made and therefore some minor errors can occur. While we try to minimize this as much as possible; this may include slight color differences or colour placements or small surface imperfections from the manufactoring process which would not cause any issues regarding use or body safety.
A refund may be offered if there is a catastrophic error with your item that makes it not safe to use/wear.
WE DO NOT refund or provide discounts if you have ordered the wrong size, colour ect.
We do not have control over what you order and therefore can not take responsibility.
We request that you check your item for flaws prior to use or wear and that you email us straight away with photos showing the concern.
Damage to item after receiving it and its been used -
Unfortunately as we do not know and can not control how an item has been used (streached, pulled, etc) how it has been handled, how it has been cleaned or how it has been stored. Therefore we are not responsible for any damage that occurs to an item during your use of the item.
If your parcel has been damaged in transit -
Please contact us asap so we can lodge a postal investigation. We will require you to take photos of the parcel and contents so we can lodge a claim with the postal service. As we pay postal insurance on each parcel to ensure that both us and you are covered should there be any damage in transit.
We may offer a replacement, refund, or discount on a future purchase in this case.
Any refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
We do not exchange items.
** PLEASE NOTE **
If your parcel **is returned to us** through no fault of our own such as; you have declined to receive the parcel, you have declined to pay the import tax appropriate for your country, you have moved and not forwarded us your new address, you have incorrectly written your address, etc then we will not be liable to refund cost of your order.
We will contact you to attempt re-delivery, If you choose to repay delivery costs we will resend the item. If you do not respond we will refund you the cost of the item minus the shipping fee.
If an item is lost due to no fault of ours such as listed above and **not returned to us** by the postal service we will not refund any costs until an ivestigation with the postal service has been concluded.
If an item has been lost by the postal service then the postal service will be able to investigate and assist in finding your parcel.
